The weather throughout Colorado and most of the U.S this March has been incredibly dry and warm for this time of year. This all changed today and right now we are experiencing some rain/snow on the golf course, and I can't argue that it isn't a great thing. This is giving us some great natural precipitation and a chance to accomplish a few items on the golf course since it can't be mowed. Something on my list that moved its way to the top of the agenda this morning was fixing the mainline settlement on #14 landing area. Here are some pics from this morning...

The sod from the fairway was cut when it was drizzling, not raining and was moved off to the side |
Top soil was added to the sunken area and raked in to the existing soil to avoid any issues with layering |
The sod was then re-laid over the area. Once the snow melts off we'll topdress and roll the sod and the area will be good as new. |
